Mr. Padmadas comes with 20 years of experience and expertise in managing pharmaceutical company with a multifaceted exposure, be it operations management, productivity analysis, sales, brand portfolio and supply chain management, he has an acumen towards it.

He started his career in sales and rose up to top management with his strong analytical skills of interpreting data metrics. Padmadas has a track record of improving the profitability by implementing strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation and various other programs that optimize the supply chain at micro levels. The vast experience enables him to coach his team to develop a result oriented culture across all levels that enables all teams to function in a cohesive manner.

His entrepreneurial veins enables him to think out-of-the box innovative strategies that facilitate organizational goals.  He adds immense value in trade shows, ATL, BTL, customer engagement activities, B2B sales and patient engagement activities that created a niche for Akesiss in healthcare industry. Today he serve as the director for Akesiss group of companies.
