Mr. Shine Varghese Pathadan is presently working as Vice President – Operations. He is currently managing a team of about 120 personnel at Megasys Biotek.

He is a Postgraduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with a University Rank from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has over 3 decades of unique experience both in formulation and bulk manufacturing. More than 30 years of practical shop floor experience in formulation development, manufacture of various dosage forms viz., tablets, capsules, oral liquids, small volume and large volume parenteral, eye/ear/nasal drops, oral powders, etc. He has acquired adequate experience and expertise in Quality Audits, Analytical method development, GMP, and imparting knowledge updation training to various departmental personnel.

He has worked in various leadership capacities such as Production, Operations, and Plant Head in well-reputed Indian and International pharmaceutical formulation companies. He was able to systematically manage and bring forward these organizations to a remarkable level of achievement.
