With over 3 decade of real world pharmaceutical experience, Ashok has been a part of every operations- from strategic decisions, cost analysis, brand management, marketing, sales, field force effectiveness, people management, profit and loss, training and development.

He began his journey as a medical representative 30 years ago and the CMD he is today is the result of the values he followed and expertise that he gathered along the journey. He has used each obstacle as an opportunity to enrich his inborn problem solving skill. The decade that he spent in pharmaceutical selling created the foundation of a top 20 pharmaceutical company in India. His hand-on experience enhanced the invaluable insights and deep understanding of various pharmaceutical markets including contract manufacturing, global healthcare business, nutraceutical industry, ethical pharmaceutical marketing and other growth drivers.
