Megasys plays a proactive role in minimizing pollution in its units. Its SHE policy is mentored by an in-house SHE organizational set-up. In its journey towards sustainability, the SHE team works towards achieving its benchmarks every year.
The highlights of MEGASYS’s SHE policy are:
– Complying with applicable legislation, regulations and requirements.
– Incorporating suitable waste management techniques.
– Conserving raw materials, natural resources such as water & electricity
– Reducing the risks by identifying, assessing and controlling the hazards to prevent ill-health and injury.
– Continually improving SHE performance by setting time-bound objectives and targets.
– Promoting awareness of SHE requirements among the employee, contractors and visitors.
– Continually improving our environmental, health and safety performance.
– Communicated to all persons in the organization and making aware of their individual occupational safety and health.

Care for the Environment is one of our core corporate values and, as a part of this commitment, we enunciate our Safety, Health & Environment, (SHE) Policy. Our SHE policy supports the creation of a safe, healthy workplace, clean environment for employees and to nearby community as a whole. It aims at the highest possible standards in plant design, equipment selection, maintenance and operations. The policy is a commitment that we will manufacture products safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.
The implementation of the SHE Policy is ensured by institutionalizing a robust SHE Management System, adequately supported by a well-defined organizational structure.
